Hi, I'm Beth!
Beth Sands is the real estate agent that brings you right to your dream home in the choice communities of Orange County. She brings to the market over 20 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in the ski resort town of Winter Park, Colorado.
Her expertise in the trade covers not only Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Ranches. Beth likewise draws her marketing savvy from the deals she arranged for vacant land and commercial real estate. Beth has so mastered the art of the deal in real estate that she also conducted learning sessions for first-time homebuyers.
A native of Christchurch, New Zealand, Beth holds a strong foundation in her service-focused and people-oriented real estate career. She was a former flight attendant and enjoyed the experience of flying and seeing various points of interest in her travels. Beth also delved into the service industry as an owner of a restaurant and a fitness facility.
Beth has also served as an elected board member of the Fraser Valley Metropolitan Recreation District.

Amazing as always!

Beth had an open house within days and was ready to do a second one if needed, but we got an offer from the first open house and I was done in no time.

We met Beth in an open house she did. We arrived after the open house ended. We saw Beth out collecting the open house signs. We asked if we can still see it. Beth smiled and said sure.
She spent about 25 -30 minutes with us as she just started the open house. she didn't rush us out, provide all the info, and was very pleasant.
About a week later we talk again and came up with some other properties for us to see. We end up buying one property, She was very helpful and she is a great communicator.
Her no time for response to text and emails was great. Yes we are already working with her on another property we need in the next month or so.
